Total Delivery Time for Your Order:

Note: We do not ship oversize item to AK, GU, HI, PR, US VI, APO/FPO address and Canada. No Body Kits, Bumper, Wheels, Cat-Back Exhaust System, Rear Spoiler or any item over 70lbs or is not meet the Post Office and UPS shipping rules.

Standard Ground Shipping within USA:
Item availablity and Order Process time : 2-3 *business day + shipped via UPS Standard and is in transit for 3-7 business days = Total time for customers to get the products: 5 to 10 business day.

3 Day Select: (Only good for order within continental of the United States *Except APO/FPO address)
Item availablity and Order Process time : 2-3 *business day + shipped via UPS 3 Day Select and is in transit for 3 business days = Total time for customers to get the products: 5 to 6 business day.

2nd Day Air: (Only Good for order within United States *Except APO/FPO address)
Item availablity and Order Process time : 2-3 *business day + shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air and is in transit for 2 business days = Total time for customers to get the products: 4 to 5 business day. (For 2nd Day Air Customer we usually try our best to ship on the next business day after we receive the order. However, it might still need the same process time as other shipping method.)

Next Day Express Air: (Only Good for order within United States *Except APO/FPO address)
Item availablity and Order Process time : 2-3 *business day + shipped via UPS Next Day Air and is in transit for 1 business days = Total time for customers to get the products: 3 to 4 business day. (For Next Day Air Customer we usually try our best to ship on the next business day after we receive the order. However, it might still need the same process time as other shipping method.)

Shipping to all US military addresses at overseas locations (APO/FPO):
We can only use the Post Office Standard Ground shipping (USPS Only). Also, all the items ship by USPS need to meet the requirement on the size and weight so NO Oversize item or the items that is not match with the USPS rule. (Such as Body Kit, Exhaust, wheels, shocks...etc.)

* The Shipping time will be depend on the USPS and the US Military mail system. Sometime if the package need to resend to other countries and it will take longer time period.

We Can only use UPS Standard Ground Canada or USPS (USA Post Office). NO Oversize items

Item availablity is 2-3 business day and is shipped via UPS Standard and is in transit for 7-12 business days. The actual delivery time would be 9-15 business days.

We can only use USA Post Office (USPS) International Priority Mail. The shipping cost will not be same or shown on our web site. Please contact us for the shipping quote. The shipping and delivery time is depend on which country and we will provide the detail information when we give out the shipping fee quote to our customers.

All shipping & handling charge may include Delivery Confirmation/Signature Confirmation & Insurance.
We do NOT take any responsibility for LOST or STOLEN package situation!!! File your claim directly to the carrier.

For any shipment that is refused, you will automatically be charged $5.00 or 10%, whichever is greater, to cover costs associated with processing your order and return.
Shipping costs are not refundable.

Warranty for Defective Items:

Defected Product(s) can be refund or exchange with the first 30 days of the invoice date. We will exchange or refund the items to customer ONLY the customer file the RMA form and have the RMA number from our RMA DEPT. The RMA Number are only good for 12 days from the day of issue. All items must be in "as-new" condition and in original packaging and, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. (We are highly recommanded our customers keep the package and invoice for at least 30 days.)

Warranty for Non-defective items:

All non-defective items (such as wrong order, customer do not like it, do not want it anymore...etc.) are subject to a minimum 20% and up of restocking fee and must be file the RMA Form within the first 30 days of the invoice. All items must be in "PERFECT" condition and in original packaging and, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Also, the customer need to file the RMA form and get the RMA number from our RMA DEPT. Shipping and handling are NON-refundable, restocking fee might apply. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. (We are highly recommanded our customers keep the package and invoice for at least 30 days.)

Some products might provide extra warranty by the Manufacturers. Please look at the package for warranty card or additional information. If you cannot find the related information that mean the products will only have 30 days warranty cover by our company. (Except the products we have special notice)

All parts are intends to be install by professional; all warranty might be void if customers attempt to make the installation by themselves. All warranty will be void if the defect was caused by customers' abuse, negligence and misuse or mishandling.
