Warranty for Defective Items:
Defected Product(s) can be refund or exchange with the first 30 days of the invoice date. We will exchange or refund the items to customer ONLY the customer file the RMA form and have the RMA number from our RMA DEPT. The RMA Number are only good for 12 days from the day of issue. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. (We are highly recommanded our customers keep the package and invoice for at least 30 days.)
Warranty for Non-defective items:
All non-defective items (such as wrong order, customer do not like it, do not want it anymore...etc.) must return as brand new. Otherwise there are subject to a minimum 20% or up of restocking fee and must be file the RMA Form within the first 30 days of the invoice. All items must be in "PERFECT" condition and in original packaging and, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Also, the customer need to file the RMA form and get the RMA number from our RMA DEPT. Shipping and handling are NON-refundable, restocking fee might apply and we will NOT cover shipping or give return label.
* All shoe if wear and use CANNOT return for refund, All clothes if wash then will NOT accept for return refund. All phone case and luggage if used and damage by mistake we will NOT help for exchange or refund. All Anello bags if return without original tag and NOT brand new we will charge 50% or up restocking fees.

All Manufacturer warranty first 30 days is cover by us. After 30 days you need to contact Manufacturer for the warranty. If any item has extra warranty we will put on description or you will find in the package. Otherwise the product will only cover by us for 30 days.
