What we require from international customers?

As soon as the customers in the countries that Paypal accepted and US Post Office can ship to then we will ship the goods and prodcuts for you. (* NO Over-Size Items)

* US Post Office will not allow us to ship any items that are over-side. Please contact us for detail.

For international orders. Shipping rate Does Not include customs clearance. Brokerage charges, duties and taxes. All charges will be billed to the customer.

Here is the only require from us for international customers:

1) We only ship to the billing address register with the credit card and/or Paypal. We can only ship to the billing address that is confirmed by Paypal. (For detail please visit international order information.)

Paypal Payment:

All PayPal payment order must have a verified PayPal account and can only be ship to a PayPal confirm address.
*All fraudulent orders will be reported to the FBI, local & state authorities and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Here are the 5 easy Steps for International Customers to order from us:

Step 1: Visit our web site and find out what items you are interesting.

Step 2: Contact us by complete the contact us form with (* Your First and Last name, your address that will ship the items and pay for the payment. and what items you are looking for the shipping quote. Please provide us the Item description and how much items you needs. For example: "2 QTY PIAA Xtreme White Plus") by Choose the Subject "International Shipping Quote".

Step 3: We will find out the shipping and handling fees for you from US Post Office. Also, we will provide you 2 options: 1) Priority International Mail (Normally estimated delivery time: 7 - 14 business day.) and the Express International Mail (Normally Estimated delivery time 2- 5 business day) for you to choose which shipping option you want us to ship. The e-mail will come with the special International Order Number for the shipping Quote.

Step 4: Reply our e-mail with the order number we provide to let us know you accept the shipping fees and product fees. Then, we will send you the invoice to pay the payment by Paypal ONLY.

Step 5: After you get the invoice and pay the payment, as soon as the payment clear by Paypal and we will ship out the item for you within 2 business day. After that we will send you e-mail for the tracking number.

It's easy and fast. Also, all the shipping and handling fees are included the insurance and confirmation number. Some countries might require the customers to sign the package when it delivery. For detail, please contact your local Post Office.
