I have AEM Air Intake System with Oiled filter. Can I upgrade to DryFlow air filter?
AEM encourage drivers to upgrade to the DRYFLOW filter. The DRYFLOW delivers the highest filtration efficiency available in an aftermarket performance air filter, and because you do not have to oil it, all the guesswork associated with servicing an oiled cotton gauze filter is eliminated.

How Often I need to clean the Filter and when I need to replace the new filter?

AEM DryFlow air intake filter is design for drivers to easy to clean and provide the best result with the AEM air intake system. Therefore, the AEM Dryflow filter can stand up to 30,000 miles. AEM Recommand drivers to replace the filter every 30,000 miles and clean the filter every 3,000 to 5,000 miles with AEM DryFlow filter cleaning kit.

Keep in mind that a clean air filter can increase fuel economy as much as 10% compared to a dirty air filter, and service time for the DRYFLOW filter is only approximately one hour, so you can accomplish it in about the time it takes to change your oil.

What is a DryFlow Filter?
The AEM DryFlow filter is constructed of gradient non-woven polyester fibers that are several layers deep, and as the name implies, it is a very efficient air filter that does not rely on oil to capture airborne contaminants from the inlet air stream. The DryFlow filter is not a single layer barrier filter but rather a depth loading filter where the contaminant is captured through several layers of fibers.

Is it necessary to oil DryFlow filter?
NO, AEM DryFlow Filter is oil-free filter. With this new design and quality will give drivers more performance and less time to clean up and take care the filter.

What is the DryFlow Filter made of?
The DRYFLOW filter is made from a single-layer of pre-pleated polyester synthetic filter media with a nylon-reinforced internal cage for added structural rigidity. For conical filters, the base and cap are made from polyurethane, which will not shrink or crack like plastisol, a popular material used by some of our competitors. Our Brute Force HD Diesel oval filters use deep pleats and Zytel 15% GF plastic for the cap and base. This construction assists in the overall structural rigidity (oval Diesel DRYFLOW filters use 12.5 square-feet of media for maximum flow, approximately 1350 CFM).

What makes the DRYFLOW filter better than oiled cotton-gauze filters?
DRYFLOW filters have several features that make it better than cotton-gauze. The DRYFLOW is independently tested to filter up to 99.52% cumulative efficiency using SAE FINE DUST test procedures. Testing on oiled filters has shown efficiency as low as 93% (cumulative) or worse. Unlike cotton, the DRYFLOW media will never degrade with normal maintenance. It is also much more durable than cotton gauze—we put it through some severe abuse testing to prove it and easy to clean.

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.

Note: We do not ship oversize item to AK, GU, HI, PR, US VI, APO/FPO address and Canada. No Body Kits, Bumper, Wheels, Cat-Back Exhaust System, Rear Spoiler or any item over 70lbs or is not meet the Post Office and UPS shipping rules.

Warranty & Return Policy:

All Luminiics headlight light bulb come in total 60 days warrantys. (Only for defective items after the 30 days of invoice date.)

Warranty for Defective Items:

Defected Product(s) can be refund or exchange with the first 30 days of the invoice date. We will exchange or refund the items to customer ONLY the customer file the RMA form and have the RMA number from our RMA DEPT. The RMA Number are only good for 12 days from the day of issue. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. (We are highly recommanded our customers keep the package and invoice for at least 30 days.)

Warranty for Non-defective items:

All non-defective items (such as wrong order, customer do not like it, do not want it anymore...etc.) are subject to a minimum 20% and up of restocking fee and must be file the RMA Form within the first 30 days of the invoice. All items must be in "PERFECT" condition and in original packaging and, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Also, the customer need to file the RMA form and get the RMA number from our RMA DEPT. Shipping and handling are NON-refundable, restocking fee might apply. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. (We are highly recommanded our customers keep the package and invoice for at least 30 days.)

Luminics Manufacturer's Warranty:

All Luminics headlight light bulbs have 60 days warranty cover by our company of the invoice date. We will ONLY exchange for the new items after the 30 days of the invoice date. If your light bulb burn out or defective within 60 days of invoice date, please contact our RMA DEPT by using our RMA FORM. Our RMA DEPT will reply to you with all the information and instruction on how to exchange the new pair of light bulbs. (We are highly recommanded our customers keep the package and invoice for 60 days on Luminics headlight bulb products.)

* All the warranty can only be exchange the same model of light bulb and can only exchange if the light bulb is burn out or defective. All the exchange require both light bulbs and the package.
(We will recommand the customers to keep the OEM light bulb with the invoice and the package together. If the Luminics light bulb burn out and you can change the OEM light bulb for insurance and ship us back the light bulbs for exchange.)
